When will my order ship?
- Our business hours are M-F 9am-5pm CST. Orders placed before 2pm CST M-F will usually ship within 24-48 hours after placement. Orders placed on Friday past 2pm CST will ship Monday. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method. If you are needing something quickly we ALWAYS suggest upgrading your shipping to expedited as those are filled on a priority status. All ground shipping orders will be processed on our normal 24-48 hour fulfillment window.
- Orders are processed immediately during business hours. We typically get all order out within a 24-48 hour window, and try our hardest to do so however sometimes we do get behind when shipping pre-orders or Jena's Box! You will get an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. We ship with USPS, Fedex and UPS depending on the weight of your package, and the destination. Please make sure to watch for your package as we are not liable for any packages confirmed delivered by our shipping carriers. We are also NOT LIABLE for any packages lost when returning to us.
Do you offer expedited shipping!
- Yes, we certainly know what its like to want things quickly for a last minute birthday outfit or a vacation! We offer Overnight Shipping through Fedex! Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact us if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii. Please keep in mind that this applies during business hours only.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING GUIDELINES
All Overnight orders confirmed before 2pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
When purchasing a pre-order, please make note that all in-stock items purchased with a pre-order will not ship until the pre-order arrives. We suggest placing separate orders when purchasing a pre-order, that way the in-stock items will be shipped right away.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's?
- Yes! We ship USPS to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (thank you for your service)! We are not able to offer expedited shipment though, so please keep that in mind!
Do you ship to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii?
- Of course! We certainly can't upset our far away friends! Unfortunately our standard shipping rates do not apply to Canada. We offer a flat rate of $20! Once your order ships you will receive tracking information!
Can I use my Apricot Lane giftcard online?
- Unfortunately at this time, we are not set up to accept giftcards purchased in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar stores. If you are needing a giftcard we do offer E-Gift cards online that will be emailed to you. Those giftcards are online specific, and can not be used in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar locations. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking numbe. It is always suggested to make an account with us so you can easily log in and keep track of your purchases.
Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?
- If you put in the wrong address please call us immediately during business hours at (309) 691-6938. If it is outside of our business hours please email us at email@example.com We begin processing orders immediately so please know that we will do our best to update your info but if the item has already been packaged there is nothing we can do. If you are using paypal as a form of payment, please make sure your shipping info is up to date!
Does my order require a signature?
- If you want your order to require a signature you may put that in your "order notes" and we will make sure we put that on your shipping label.
- If your package is sent without a signature please note that Apricot Lane is not held responsible for packages that are "confirmed delivered" with USPS, Fed Ex or UPS and show up missing.
